COVID-19 Relief Fund Application

Tri-City Area United Way, d/b/a Tri-County United Way, has opened the COVID-19 Relief Fund to tax-exempt health and human service agencies in our service areas (Marinette & Oconto County in Wisconsin and Menominee County in Michigan).

The goal of this fund is to ensure that the grants awarded meet the greatest needs in communities disproportionately impacted by COVID-19.

The following documents must be submitted in Part III:
