The mission of the DAR Boys & Girls Club is to promote and build character, leadership, physical well-being and self-esteem of all boys and girls, through Club interaction and social, educational and recreational activities, programs.

Career Launch
In response to the growing need for career preparation, and training today's youth, Boys & Girls Club of America introduced its Workforce Development Framework. This framework is intended to ensure that all youth have the skills, knowledge and self-awareness they need to plan and build a viable career.
Community Impact
Target Population: Ages 7-18 in Marinette, WI & Menominee, MI
Number of Individuals Served: 325
Activities related to career awareness and planning are designed to promote a teens' career maturity and help them make important job-related and educational decisions along the way. The more education and training individuals get, the higher their earnings are likely to be and may contribute to higher employment rates.
