Peshtigo, WI, September 15, 2025 – Tri-County United Way (TCUW) is pleased to announce that Melanie Stahl, current Office Manager, has been promoted to Executive Director. Kevin Malnor, the current Executive Director, will transition to the Board of Directors where he will chair the Personnel Committee. These leadership changes take effect October 1, 2025.
Melanie joined TCUW in October 2023 as Office Manager and has made significant contributions since that time. She brings both a proven track record of leadership and a strong commitment to serving the community. “We are excited to have Melanie expand her role and increase her impact. Her expertise will help us continue to achieve our mission and vision at Tri-County United Way,” said Larry Wall, Board President.
Kevin’s new role on the Board ensures a smooth transition of responsibilities and allows him to continue serving the community in a meaningful way.
Tri-County United Way serves Marinette and Oconto Counties in Wisconsin, and Menominee County in Michigan.
